Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
House consider the Senate message (page 3551) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 306(RES)                                                
"An Act relating to an optional municipal tax credit for costs of             
certain river habitat protection improvements."

and recommended that the members vote yes.
